Morning Has Broken - The warming rays of sunrise on a cold January morning strikes the glistening landscape on Whitetop Mountain (5,520’) in southwestern Virginia. A late January ice storm left all the trees and meadows covered with a thick coat of ice. A layer of fog in the Foothills added another dynamic dimension.
