Grandfather's Grand Vista - From high atop Grandfather Mountain, Grandmother Mountain is prominent in the center with its infamous NC public TV transmission tower. On the left side is the profile of Table Rock and Hawksbill Mountains while the Black Mountains are far in the distance on the right side. Fog in the valleys of the High Country add elements of contrast to the changing colors of the mountains.
